Program description
BlueNavy sends SMS messages to notaries who request to receive text communications from us. Messages may include one-off assignment opportunities, availability checks, scheduling updates, confirmations, and service-related support.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on assignment availability and your interaction with BlueNavy.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-in
You opt in by submitting your phone number through BlueNavy's notary signup form and checking the SMS consent box.
Opt-out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again.

You must be the authorized user of the mobile number provided and be permitted to receive text messages on that number.
